What will your role be? You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all program schedules as well as the Integrated Master Schedule of all PPC (Power, Propulsion and Power division) activities. Duties include coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments: engineering, purchasing, production, QA, shipment; conferring with department supervisors and program managers to determine progress of work and completion dates; developing metrics and reporting.
You will:
Develop and maintain program schedules.
Level load based on manning and manufacturing constraints.
Analyze schedule and anticipate issues, review critical path activities.
Work with department supervisors to determine progress and improve plan.
Communicate with stakeholders to prioritize work based on division strategic initiatives and operational needs.
Develop metrics, compile reports, issue out forecast.
Participate in the development of the planning procedures and help reinforce the planning culture in the organization.
Other duties may be assigned, including special projects.

What skills and qualifications are we looking for? You have:
An associate degree and/or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated experience in language ability :
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers, both in written and oral form.

Demonstrated experience in math ability :
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Demonstrated experience in reasoning ability :
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and
deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Demonstrated experience in computer skills :
Required: Oracle, Primavera P6 Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Teams.
Additional experience with any of the following software is a plus: Microsoft Project, Autodesj, DWG TrueView and Navisworks and Microsoft Office, Visio.

Environment condition:
The employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock.
The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
The employee is occasionally required to lift up-to 25 pounds.
