We are looking for Power Platform Developer at Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)

Role: Power Platform Developer

Location : Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)

Mode: Long term Contract

Job Description :

Design, implement, and support automation for procurement and accounting workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an automation strategy aligned with departmental goals.
  • Build and configure tools to automate purchasing requests, invoice processing, approval routing, audit tracking, and data validation.
  • Digitize forms and processes using Power Apps (canvas & model-driven apps).
  • Create automated approval and notification workflows using Power Automate.
  • Manage and optimize data in Dataverse, SharePoint, or SQL environments.
  • Track performance metrics and gather user feedback to refine workflows.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to drive user adoption.
  • Conduct workshops, feedback sessions, and ensure effective change management.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Power Apps (canvas/model-driven app development)
  • Power Automate (workflow automation)
  • Dataverse / SharePoint / SQL
  • Workflow design, process optimization, routing logic
  • Strong communication, requirement gathering, and user training skills

Highly Desired / Preferred:

  • Power BI report and dashboard development
  • Experience in procurement or finance (public sector preferred)
  • Agile project experience
  • Change management and user adoption support
