Overview:

We are looking for a senior-level Microsoft Solutions Expert to design, build, and support solutions within Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. You will lead development of Power BI dashboards, data automation using Power Automate, and integration with Excel, Access, and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage SharePoint Online sites, lists, and libraries

• Optimize metadata, workflows, and document management

• Migrate data from CSVs, MS Access, and vendor APIs into SharePoint

• Create interactive Power BI dashboards using multiple data sources

• Use DAX for calculations and apply Row-Level Security

• Set up automated workflows with Power Automate

• Develop recurring data syncs from vendor APIs

• Build and maintain secure custom connectors

• Ensure Microsoft-compliant security and governance protocols

• Document workflows, architecture, and API configurations

Required Experience:

• 5+ years working with SharePoint Online and Power Platform

• Strong Power BI skills including DAX and API integration

• Power Automate experience with custom flows and file parsing

• Proficient in REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and connector creation

• Hands-on with Excel, Access, and cloud data syncs

• Deep understanding of RBAC, Intune, MFA, and governance

• Strong documentation and user training skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, SharePoint, or BI-related)

• Previous experience in federal or large enterprise environments
