Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into understandable, actionable insights to drive business performance. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, analyze results, and present findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Preparation: Extract, clean, and transform raw data from various primary and secondary sources to ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity.
  • Analysis & Interpretation: Perform in-depth statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, interpreting what the data means for the business.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate key metrics and findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, marketing, finance, and product teams to understand business requirements, define KPIs, and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify data-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions to enhance data quality and analysis processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, analysis processes, and reports to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in database querying languages, especially SQL.
    • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, advanced formulas).
    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex information clearly.
    • Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualification

  • Familiarity with statistical programming languages like Python or R
  • Experience with P6 or BIM
  • Understanding of REST APIs and JSON structures
  • Coursework in linear algebra, statistics, or machine learning
