Who we are looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Data Analyst / Project Manager to join our Alternative Investment Services (AIS) team. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Data Analysis for Back Office Reporting of financial services centered around Hedge and Private Markets product types. This role also requires working with development teams and product owners to organize / schedule frequent agile sprints and corresponding deliverables.

What you will be responsible for

As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Conducting daily scrums for Back Office Reporting working with Onshore and offshore teams.
- Review the SDLC process periodically and make amends when necessary.
- Track and review Development backlogs and Project deadlines.
- Communicating with various stake holders and providing daily reports to product owners.
- Conduct Data Analysis for any Client specific or Regulatory Reporting requirements

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, particularly in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Demonstrated success in contributing to the design and delivery of complex business analysis and technical solutions, with a strong preference for experience within the Financial Services sector
Solid understanding of the complexities involved in supporting large-scale programs, including stakeholder engagement, communication, demand management, and prioritization
Minimum of 5 years of Data Analysis experience within large, complex organizations, ideally in the financial services sector; experience supporting Private Markets products is a plus
Familiarity with business intelligence platforms, such as Power BI, is preferred.
- Experience with additional data analysis tools, including SQL and Python, is considered a strong asset but not required

Work Requirement
  • Hybrid with In office three days a week
  • 9am to 5pm

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $170,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
