Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Developer
Location: California, USA (Onsite)
Employment Type:CONTRACT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in data science, model development, and production-grade deployment pipelines, and should have experience working in large-scale, enterprise-grade environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms for real-world business problems.

  • Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver ML-based solutions.

  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.

  • Monitor and improve model performance and accuracy over time.

  • Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of ML models.

  • Work with large datasets and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Keep up with the latest developments in ML and AI and apply them where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning or Data Science roles.

  • Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

  • Experience with deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting.

  • Proficiency in MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Docker, Airflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD).

  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).

  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare, finance, or energy.

  • Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).

  • Experience deploying models in production environments with performance monitoring.

  • Familiarity with generative AI and LLM fine-tuning is a plus.
