Description
This fantastic Robert Half client is looking for a Help Desk Level 3 to work onsite in Canby to support their clients. You will thrive at solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. Because this Help Desk Analyst role is very visible within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Canby, Oregon area and is a permanent opportunity.
Hours: 8-5, Monday to Friday
Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
Weekends and OT as needed, but very rare
Onsite in Canby, OR

- Troubleshooting, support, maintenance, upgrades, documentation
- Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
- Imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting PCs
- ConnectWise, Allworx, and/or Sophos is a bonus
- VoiP systems
- Excellent customer service, time management and communication skills
