Job Description:

Pay Range: $30hr - $25hr

The Coordinator I Professional is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through effective coordination of daily activities, project management, and operational support.
This role serves as a key liaison between warehouse staff, management, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily warehouse operations and activities to ensure efficient workflow.
Serve as a liaison between warehouse staff, management, and other departments.
Process and maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse transactions.
Monitor and assist with inventory management processes.
Generate operational reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding warehouse operations.
Support compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
Assist with managing warehouse improvement projects from initiation to completion.
Monitor project progress, communicate updates, and identify potential risks.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies.
Document project outcomes and lessons learned.
Assist in implementing new warehouse technologies and systems.
Support change management processes during operational transitions.

Skills:

Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
Experience with SAP or S4 HANA preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
