Description
We are looking for a skilled End_user Commputing Administrator to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will design and implement solutions to ensure the security and efficiency of end-user devices while maintaining high functionality standards. You will collaborate across cloud and on-premises environments to enhance user experiences and support technology initiatives globally.
Responsibilities:
Develop and automate processes to enhance the security and performance of end-user devices.
Manage tools and solutions that provide flexibility while safeguarding organizational systems.
Create and maintain technology roadmaps, refresh plans, and standards for user devices across global operations.
Optimize user experience by working with both on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
Collaborate on project teams to identify and implement technology solutions that meet user needs.
Monitor and update security measures to protect devices and systems from potential threats.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to end-user computing environments.
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational policies.
Utilize ServiceNow and related applications to streamline IT service management processes.
Provide technical expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems security or a related field.
Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server.
Hands-on experience with Dell and Citrix technologies.
Familiarity with Intune and Windows Intune for device management.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and ability to apply them effectively.
Experience using ServiceNow for IT service management.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
