Job Details
Must Have Qualifications:
- Must be able to facilitate requirements gathering (without templates).
- Guidance will be provided, but an out of the box , critical thinker is needed
- Ability to engage with various stakeholder groups.
- Ability to document, create traceability and manage changing requirements.
- Comfortable digging deeper what are the gaps?
- Write and think, single-testable traceable requirements
- Ability to be a liaison between users and tech folks (BPEs , development and vendor partners)
- Ability to collaborate with Business Process Engineers.
- Ability to facilitate a room, keep the room on task, arrive at meeting goals and deliverable objectives by being a strong facilitator.
