RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst IV to join their team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
* Provides support to the sales team by relieving them of administrative work
* Duties may include order processing/entry, making price quotations, record keeping, RFP response, product training, or other related tasks
* Performs all sales ops day to day operations, including reporting, user management, resolving bugs, customer view creation for sales organization
* Handles all sales ops tasks such as handling of inactive records and duplicates, account ownership, creation of auto reports to identify any issues in various sales motions
* Determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current sales operations
* Works directly with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements
* Collaborate with the team to design and build comprehensive dashboards and data sets to support Sales and Operations decision-making processes
* 50% - Salesforce Reporting
* 50% - Project Management
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong business acumen and exceptional analytical ability with 5+ years of industry experience with data analysis/data science/sales operations
* Salesforce reporting experience minimum 1-3 years (required), Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) preferred
* Experience in querying and manipulating large data sets
* Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, relationships, and implications of different relationship types; Salesforce formulas for both row-level and aggregate fields and reports; Various Salesforce report types and report templates (summary, tabular, matrix, and joined)
* Build comprehensive reports in Salesforce, and proficiency in building sales performance reports (e.g., pipeline, quota attainment, win/loss analysis, customer segmentation reports, etc.)
* Outstanding communications skills with the ability to influence decision makers and build consensus with teams
* A proactive and inquisitive learner who seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that enhance the business, rather than reacting to circumstances
* Strong organizational skills, time management, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines
* Exceptional ability to take initiative, be a self-starter, and solve problems
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
