Title: Workday Analyst
Location: East Coast (100% Remote)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Analyst with strong Advanced Compensation expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing year-end review cycles, bonuses, and merit processes. This role requires solid Workday HCM knowledge and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR business partners.
Responsibilities:
- Support and optimize Workday Advanced Compensation processes.
- Manage year-end compensation activities including reviews, bonuses, and merit increases.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to configure, test, and deliver Workday HCM solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and data integrity across Workday modules.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Workday HCM expertise.
- Workday Advanced Compensation experience.
- Strong background in year-end reviews, bonuses, and merit cycles.
- Proven ability to partner with HR and business teams.
- Workday Advanced Certification (mandatory).
