We are seeking a highly skilled Camstar MES Developer (Siemens Opcenter) to design, develop, and deploy full-fledged Electronic Device History Record (EDHR) and manufacturing execution solutions across global production sites.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Opcenter Designer, Portal Studio, and Camstar customization, as well as a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP/MES integration, and shop-floor systems.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Camstar MES Developer (Siemens Opcenter) to design, develop, and deploy full-fledged Electronic Device History Record (EDHR) and manufacturing execution solutions across global production sites.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Opcenter Designer, Portal Studio, and Camstar customization, as well as a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP/MES integration, and shop-floor systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and development of MES applications using Siemens Opcenter (Camstar).
- Develop and maintain EDHR (Electronic Device History Record) functionality across manufacturing plants.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and IT to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Develop and troubleshoot MES workflows, operations, and process logic using Designer and Portal Studio.
- Customize and extend MES functionalities using .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Integrate MES with external systems such as ERP (SAP/Oracle), LIMS, and OPC/Shop Floor devices.
- Support global MES deployments, configuration management, and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulatory standards.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and training activities for end users and support teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) implementation.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter / Camstar Medical Device Suite.
- Strong proficiency in Designer and Portal Studio (workflow and UI development).
- Solid understanding of ERP/MES integration, LIMS, and shop-floor data systems (OPC).
- Development experience with .NET (C#), JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with validated environments and regulated industries (Medical Devices, Pharma, or Life Sciences).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with other MES tools (e.g., Rockwell, Werum, Apriso) is a plus.
- Prior exposure to global MES rollouts and multi-site deployments.
