Job Details
Our client, which is a growing waste management company, is looking for a CXone Administrator. This is a company that is going through tremendous growth due to their use of IT functions to help with more convenient waste management/disposal.
Right now, they are in the beginning process of converting their call center systems over to CXone. Ideally, they are looking for someone who can be their subject matter expert when it comes to their CXone platforms, as they will be using all their functions.
From a technical perspective, they need someone who can assist with the road mapping of this conversion but also be hands on with the implementation. You will be working alongside the IT teams within NICE for ease of installations. You will also be tasked with the administration of the platform, helping create SSOs for users, creating technical documentation for instructions, and face-to-face/remote training with staff.
This is a full-time job; salary will be around $100-115K. Our client is headquartered in Dallas, but they have offices in San Antonio, Houston, and Austin. Their role is slated as primarily remote but there will be a need to travel to offices for important meetings and training of staff. They are projecting about 25% of travel to regions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6-8+ years of IT experience - Hyper focus on Call Center and Systems Administration
- Strong understanding of NICE CXone platform and capabilities.
- Ability to train and technical write is a must.
- [VM1] Prior experience with implementing CXone into a professional setting is preferred
- Any educational degrees or certifications is a plus.
