Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with over 20 years of enterprise-level architecture expertise, particularly in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI). This role requires a deep understanding of modern and legacy technologies, hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, and strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and JDBC. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and secure enterprise-level architectures across cloud and on-premise environments.

  • Lead architecture efforts for complex integration solutions involving heterogeneous systems.

  • Define and govern architectural standards and patterns, especially in EAI and legacy modernization.

  • Provide guidance to development teams across the full SDLC using Java/J2EE, JavaScript, and Oracle-based technologies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and business analysts to align solutions with business goals.

  • Perform deep dives into application performance, database interactions (PL/SQL, JDBC), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).

  • Develop architecture roadmaps and proof-of-concepts for modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Ensure architectural governance and compliance with enterprise security and design standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 20+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and enterprise integration.

  • Strong background in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) methodologies and technologies.

  • Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, JavaScript, and JDBC.

  • Extensive experience with Oracle PL/SQL, database optimization, and performance tuning.

  • Practical experience in cloud platforms: AWS and Azure including designing hybrid-cloud solutions.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to mentor developers and lead technical discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in migrating legacy systems to modern, cloud-native platforms.

  • Previous experience working in highly regulated or enterprise environments.
