Job Details
Immediate and long-term opening for a Software Support Engineer to join a Platform Technologies Department and be responsible for the troubleshooting of platform issues such as reporting, dashboards, performance analytics, AI search, NLU, etc. Additionally, this resource will debug JavaScript code.
*This role requires a hybrid schedule, 2X per week, in Orlando, FL*
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues for external customers.
- Read, interpret, and write JavaScript.
- Validate and troubleshoot backend data in relational databases.
- Support Linux environments and use Unix Shell for system-level tasks.
Requirements
- Skilled in JavaScript
- Experience with MySQL & PostgreSQL
- Linux/Unix support experience with Unix Shell knowledge
- 2+ years in technical customer support.
- Object-Oriented programming knowledge
- Bachelor s in Computer Science or related field
Nice to Have
- Oracle or other RDBMS experience.
- Microsoft Server administration.
- ServiceNow platform support.
