Description
The Manager, Epic Platform Intelligence leads a team of Business Intelligence Developers and data analysts responsible for providing the analytics and reporting service for the client. Acts as a critical component to the Analytics & Reporting delivery model by facilitating the translation of functional requirements into technical requirements for build and delivering the solutions that fulfills these requirements. Manages the people, process and technology components of the Epic Platform Intelligence team. Reports to the Director, Analytics as part of the client Health Analytics team within the Chief Data Office.

1. Experience leading a team of Epic BI developers. This team has 5 developers on it and this person will be responsible for the management and growth of the team from an HR and technical perspective.
2. Technically this person should be skilled in Epic Cogito suite along with the certification and experience with Power BI would be beneficial although they would consider candidates with Tableau experience as well.
3. Experience with ServiceNow to track projects, run reports, etc. This is the tool they use to track everything.
4. Experience working with end users to validate requests, gather requirements, ultimately setting the team up with qualified work to spend there time on. Collaborates with EPMO when needed on larger projects.

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $100.00/hr.
