AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Engineering: Develop scalable and maintainable applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, aligning with GTM use cases (e.g., sales enablement, lead management, partner ops).
AIA Studio Development: Leverage AIA Studio to orchestrate AI workflows, integrate machine learning models, and streamline decision-making in GTM processes.
AI System Design: Design AI-powered systems that use LLMs, Agentic AI, and semantic retrieval to deliver contextual insights and automation.
RAG + KG Solutions: Build and maintain RAG pipelines enriched with Knowledge Graphs to surface relevant, real-time data to sales to help close the deal.
Agentic Workflows: Implement AI agents capable of task planning and execution (e.g., lead routing, customer scoring, higher deal velocity).
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Business Operations to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver measurable impact.
Scalability & Reliability: Build resilient, secure, and high-performance systems using industry best practices.
Technical Leadership: Contribute to team success through mentorship, design discussions, and by setting high standards for code quality and innovation.
