Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, and closure. This role requires strong experience in project roadmapping, budget tracking, and SOW management. Candidates with QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) or Retail/Stores operations experience such as McDonald s, restaurant chains, or franchise environments will be given preference.

This is an onsite role, and we are looking for someone who can work closely with cross-functional teams and fit seamlessly into a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

< data-start="1023" data-end="1062">Project Planning & Roadmapping</>

  • Develop project roadmaps, including scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project success metrics.

  • Build detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures (WBS).

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

  • Create and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial tracking.

  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to avoid overages.

  • Draft, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOW) with clear scope, timelines, and pricing.

  • Ensure project execution aligns with SOW terms and client expectations.

  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to negotiate contract terms.

  • Manage scope changes and contract-related escalations.

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Monitor progress, track KPIs, and adjust plans when needed.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for status updates and stakeholder communication.

  • Identify project risks and execute mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing projects end-to-end.

  • Strong experience in project roadmaps, budgeting, and SOW management.

  • Experience working in QSR, Restaurants, Retail Stores, or similar fast-paced environments is preferred.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Wrike).

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
