Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI development, and advocate for their adoption within the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance usability, performance, and accessibility of our products.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to deliver timely and high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in UI development, with a focus on building complex web applications and interfaces.
• Proven expertise in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and popular frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of UI design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with responsive design techniques and cross-browser compatibility.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Prior experience in the SaaS industry or Enterprise Data Management space is a plus.
