Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain to lead and deliver large-scale, complex technology programs. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar projects within agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end technical program execution, ensuring on-time delivery, scope management, and alignment with strategic goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, QA, Security, and DevOps.
Drive large-scale enterprise initiatives, ensuring technical and business objectives are clearly defined and met.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and remove impediments.
Establish and maintain effective communication with senior stakeholders, executives, and client representatives.
Utilize Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe methodologies for efficient program delivery.
Track progress through metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and transparency.
Ensure compliance with enterprise and industry regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 15 years of experience in Program/Project Management within the BFSI sector.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-impact projects and programs.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with or for enterprise organizations like Intuit or in environments leveraging Persistent Systems' solutions.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master s preferred).
PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications are a strong plus.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
Strong data analytics or engineering background.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Experience with enterprise CRM, ERP, and fintech platforms is highly desirable.
