Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain to lead and deliver large-scale, complex technology programs. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar projects within agile environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technical program execution, ensuring on-time delivery, scope management, and alignment with strategic goals.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, QA, Security, and DevOps.

  • Drive large-scale enterprise initiatives, ensuring technical and business objectives are clearly defined and met.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and remove impediments.

  • Establish and maintain effective communication with senior stakeholders, executives, and client representatives.

  • Utilize Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe methodologies for efficient program delivery.

  • Track progress through metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and transparency.

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise and industry regulations and standards.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Program/Project Management within the BFSI sector.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-impact projects and programs.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.

  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working with or for enterprise organizations like Intuit or in environments leveraging Persistent Systems' solutions.

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master s preferred).

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications are a strong plus.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).

  • Strong data analytics or engineering background.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

  • Experience with enterprise CRM, ERP, and fintech platforms is highly desirable.
