Description:
* The Business Systems Analyst - Identity and Access Management (IAM) is responsible for supporting IAM project delivery by analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
* This role involves working closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs, communicating updates to stakeholders, coordinating project activities, and leading change management initiatives.
* The analyst will also perform solution testing, documentation, user support, and engagement with system and application owners across the organization to gather entitlement information.

Required Skills:
* Strong experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into clear technical specifications.
* Ability to work closely with technical teams to validate solutions against business needs.
* Skilled in testing and validating technical solutions.
* Experience in developing and maintaining project and process documentation.
* Proficiency in engaging with application and system owners to gather access and entitlement information.
* Ability to support end users effectively.
* Knowledge and practical application of organizational change management principles.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting project updates and facilitating meetings.
* Ability to organize and lead standups or refinement meetings to drive project delivery.

Desired Skills:
* Prior experience working on IAM (Identity and Access Management) systems and projects.
* Familiarity with industry-standard IAM frameworks and best practices.
* Exposure to managing change initiatives within technology projects.
