Description
We are urgently seeking a talented Peoplesoft HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be primarily focused on the functional aspects of Peoplesoft HCM while possessing a strong understanding of technical elements. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively to meet project objectives within specified timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed Functional Design Documents.
Proficient in Benefit Leave Plan configuration and setup within Peoplesoft HCM.
Thorough understanding of leave accrual processes and Payroll processing.
Independently create and execute test cases to ensure system functionality meets requirements.
Develop complex custom leave accrual processes to suit the unique needs of the organization.
Collaborate with multiple entities to gather requirements for custom leave accrual processes, considering different standard hours.
Design and develop custom leave plan setup pages to accommodate the requirements of multiple entities.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Peoplesoft HCM 9.2.
- Experience with Peoplesoft Tools versions 8.59, 8.60, or 8.61.
- Expertise in Benefit Leave Plans administration within Peoplesoft.
- Proficient in App Engine and SQR reports for technical aspects of Peoplesoft development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Flexibility to work EST hours due to project requirements.
