About the Role

You will support our Market Research Team by coordinating customer communication, planning travel logistics, and installing data equipment on customer vehicles. This role blends project coordination, technical troubleshooting, and hands-on vehicle testing.

Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Coordination
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone to establish interest and availability.
  • Coordinate visits for data equipment installation, aligning multiple customers per trip.
  • Create trip itineraries including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.

Technical & Field Work
  • Install and troubleshoot data equipment on customer vehicles.
  • Ride and drive ATVs and SxSs at closed test courses and public/private areas.
  • Perform vehicle testing per outlined procedures and requirements.
  • Assemble and disassemble vehicles using engineering drawings and service manuals.
  • Conduct vehicle maintenance, inspections, and basic diagnostics.
  • Identify and document concerns during testing with detailed communication to project leaders.
  • Perform vehicle tear-downs for part confirmation and sub-component evaluations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of closely related experience, or Associate's degree with 4+ years of related experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical systems.
  • Understanding of powersports vehicles (ATVs, SxSs, dirt bikes).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, including travel coordination.
  • Effective communication skills (email, phone, face-to-face).
  • Ability to work proficiently in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Passion for powersports products.
  • Experience riding and repairing ATVs/SxSs.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer engagements.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to identify and resolve issues during testing.

Work Environment
  • Hands-on technical and field testing role.
  • Travel up to 30% for customer visits and test courses.
  • Collaborative team environment with direct interaction with engineering staff.
