Description

Essential functions:
Design and develop ETL processes using Talend to meet business requirements.
Maintain and enhance existing ETL workflows to ensure data integrity and performance.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various data sources and targets.
Document ETL processes, designs, and architectures.
Continuously improve ETL processes by incorporating best practices and feedback.

Soft Skills:
Knowledge and experience in the business areas of manufacturing and/or e-commerce
Highly analytical with the ability to work on small to large complex projects
Ability to develop solutions requiring analysis and research
Exceptional problem solving, analytical, and customer-facing skills

Proven experience as an ETL Developer with at least 3 years of experience using Talend.
Strong understanding of data integration, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
Knowledge of big data technologies is a plus.

Basic Requirements:
Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field from four-year College or University.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience using Talend.
