Job Title: Help Desk Technician
Contract Type: 6-Month Contract to Hire
Interview Process: One step virtual interview with Hiring Team.
Pay Rate Hourly/Salary Range: $38.47-$43.27/HR and $80,000-$90,000
Required Clearance: Top Secret/SCI w/CI-Poly
Location/Hours of Operation: 100% onsite in Chantilly, Virginia Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with CI-Polygraph
  • Bachelor's and 3+ years of related experience OR 7+ years of experience.
  • Active CompTIA Sec+ Cert or any other DoD IA Cert.
  • Strong hands-on hardware technician experience.
  • Must possess appropriate and current DoD Information Assurance (IA) Certification.


Daily Responsibilities:
  • Provide installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware.
  • Unix and Windows Hardware support.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems.
  • Install, and upgrade computers, printers, scanners, phones and other critical hardware.
  • Conduct back end device configurations, manage security settings, and protocols
  • Coordinate deployment of deliverables and products.
  • Provides troubleshooting and support.
  • Participate in the administration of multiple critical network systems.
  • Must be able to track project studies, plans, action items, etc.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
  • Participates in special projects as required.
