Title: Recruitment Coordinator North America (Edison, NJ)

Location: Edison, NJ - (Onsite from day1)

Duration: 6-12+ Months contract

Job Description:

Client is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for North America to be based out of Edison, New Jersey. This position is responsible for supporting the Professional Recruitment team by carrying out day-to-day recruiting administration responsibilities.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Maintain and prepare a variety of reports relating to job requisition and candidate tracking and other recruiting-related statistics and information.
  • Manage interview and travel logistics for candidates involved in the interview process.
  • Must be able to successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast paced environment.
  • Schedules, coordinates, and assists with planning efforts for various meetings, programs and events

Qualifications:

  • Associate s degree or equivalent(i.e.: 1 year of professional, HR or business-related work experience)
  • Or least 1 year of successful administrative experience in a fast-paced Recruiting or HR Department
  • Motivation to take on responsibilities beyond the job such as providing additional analysis or implications beyond an initial request.
