Job Details

Contract / Contract to Hire. minimum 9 months. Government Client. Looking for a senior candidate.

On-site not required regularly but should be able/willing to be on-site occasionally if something unusual comes up with the project. 2-3 video interviews, possibly one on-site NYC visit, along with an assessment of MS Dynamics SaaS and On-Prem technical skills.

Start date will be on or around 7/1/2024. The project is expected to run for a full nine months, with heavier usage anticipated in the first half and potentially again during go-live/UAT. This project involves the design and development of an IT solution. The successful candidate will join our team in a collaborative role, providing advisory and participatory support to ensure optimal use of Dynamics. Expertise in both on-premises and cloud-based versions of Microsoft Dynamics is required.

Due to the nature of this government contract, a senior-level Microsoft Dynamics consultant is highly preferred to ensure we have the necessary expertise to avoid any skill gaps. Experience with both on-premise and cloud-based versions is required.

SENIOR DYNAMICS SENIOR DEVELOPER/INTEGRATOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serves as subject matter expert for on-premise Dynamics 365 projects from inception to completion.
  • Helps define and assist in the implementation of the Dynamics Customer Service toolset, build processes and configurations.
  • Driven to share their knowledge with others, helping to guide technical conversations in a productive manner.
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics Customer Services framework and its integrations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily. The list below represents the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the position.

Must Haves:

  • 1+ Years of hands-On experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service (on-premise)
  • Experience integrating with Dynamics API using C# / Python / Javascript
  • 3+ Years of experience working with Enterprise CRM Systems (Dynamics 365, SugarCRM)
  • Developing plugins, actions, and assemblies for D365
  • Low / No-code tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts

An ideal candidate would also have experience in some or all the following:

  • Azure Cloud experience with App Services, App Registrations, Key Vaults, Function Apps and Service Bus
  • Source Control / Git (Azure DevOps)
  • Using third-party tools such as XRMToolKit and XRMToolBox
  • Using Managed solutions and Dynamics deployment pipelines
  • Agile-based software development using scrum or similar methodologies
  • Experience with relational database management systems
