Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in West Berlin, New Jersey. This role involves ensuring the quality and accuracy of our operations by following established procedures, identifying and resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of excellence. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in quality assurance, this position is an excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
Manage incoming stock by following established work instructions and procedures.
Analyze pick sheets to determine required parts and retrieve them accurately.
Interpret technical documents, such as diagrams, assembly drawings, and test procedures, to ensure compliance with standards.
Operate tools to create or repair parts and products as needed.
Identify, report, and address defective items following quality control protocols.
Resolve issues by applying problem-solving techniques and ensuring process improvements.
Perform repetitive tasks efficiently while sitting or standing for extended periods.
Prepare finished products for shipping or storage by packaging, weighing, and labeling them appropriately.
Lift and handle items weighing up to 50 lbs safely and efficiently.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar quality assurance role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or defects.
Proficiency in using hand tools and understanding technical documents.
Familiarity with manufacturing software is advantageous.
Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations is a plus.
Experience with quality assurance processes and suspicious activity reporting.
Ability to perform audits and ensure compliance with established standards.
