Randstad Digital has an opening for a Service Delivery Manager / Program Manager for our enterprise client in central New Jersey.


This is a salaried position which includes paid time off, holiday and sick time.


Hybrid work environment.


The candidate will oversee several managed service solutions engagement.


Looking for heavy on managing infrastructure and strategic planning.

responsibilities:

IT infrastructure technical understanding

Job Duties -


- Supervise team of 20 talent for the assigned account(s) on a daily basis


- Ensure delivery best practices and disciplines are followed for all accounts


- Provide quarterly governance meetings and reports with the customer and Randstad


- Owns and ensures timely incident escalation occurs in accordance with established policies, procedures and SLA requirements for the assigned account(s).


- Monitor and track change implementations as per change management processes for the assigned account(s).


- Ensure that Randstad meets or exceeds Contract Deliverables


- Coach, mentor and develop staff including providing career development and training plans.


- Ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures and practices defined by Randstad.


- Identifying, managing and reporting continuous improvement initiatives for the assigned account(s).


- Assist with talent acquisition and onboarding of resources for the assigned accounts(s).


- Be available on call for incident escalations.

qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of Delivery Management and/or IT Operations Management experience in the IT industry.


- Prior experience with Customer Relationship/ Customer success management preferred.


- Minimum of 5 years operation support with network, server, compute, storage, cybersecurity


- Possess working knowledge of Cloud Technology with a focus on AWS and DevOps


- Possess knowledge of Delivery best practices and disciplines.


- Possess general understanding of IT Infrastructure, ITIL framework and ITSM.


- Experience with creating, editing, explaining ServiceNow reports and dashboards


- Excellent understanding of multiple business environments.


- Prior experience leading, motivating and directing a delivery team.


- Project management experience, and ability to prioritize competing priorities and deliverables


- Excellent communication and organizational skills.


- Excellent influencing and consultative skills.
