Must Have:

• Workshop facilitation
• Requirements gathering
• Agile story documentation
• Business process analysis
• Process automation
• Quality assurance testing of developed solutions.
• Requirements Knowledge of Systems integration
• User experience (UX)
• ServiceNow Employee Center implementation
• ServiceNow ITSM implementation
• ServiceNow certified system administrator
• Certified ITSM Implementation Specialist - ServiceNow (CIS-ITSM)

Nice to Have

• - Micro-Certification - Integration Hub - ServiceNow
• - Micro-Certification - Virtual Agent ServiceNow
• - Micro-Certification - ITSM Professional ServiceNow
• - Micro-Certification Flow Designer - ServiceNow
• Come prepared with best practice content for meetings/workshops/sessions aligned to scope of services
• Support/conduct workshops
• Populate and Refine a backlog of customer defined Agile stories
• Contribute consulted to solution design
• Perform QA peer review on Developed stories
• Refine functional testing steps as required when performing peer reviews
• Support training content creation
• Advocate for adoption of NOW features

Focus areas: Employee center, service catalog, flow designer, ITSM workflows, virtual agent, Integration Hub, IT Onboarding.
