Job Details

Role: SAP CRM LEAD / SME Location: Florida (Tallahassee, Jacksonville or near about). Willingness to relocate to the area.
Key Skills: SAP ECC CRM and S/4HANA Service Management Experience: Overall, 10 – 15 years with at least 2 full cycle migrations from SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA as a lead.
Role description:
  • Hands on Expereince with SAP S4 hana Service Module with CRM version 6.
  • The SAP CRM Lead / SME Functional Lead should have in-depth functional knowledge of the SAP system and CRM move to S/4 and have hands-on cross-functional experience. The Functional Lead shall be responsible for gathering requirements and subsequent design and build deliverables.
  • Move the current CRM Business capabilities including functionality, functional and technical objects, configuration, code, and data into S/4HANA for the following CRM modules:
    • Account Management
    • Contract Management
    • Request Management
    • Case Management
    • Task Management
    • Knowledge Management
  • Move the current CAMS ERP Middleware (RFCs and BDOCs) into S/4HANA).
  • Need Public Sector experience is Mandatory.
