Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our comprehensive marketing initiatives in Romeo, Michigan. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to drive impactful campaigns and elevate brand visibility across diverse channels, including digital, social media, video, TV, and traditional platforms. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and engage target audiences effectively.
Oversee the evolution and management of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and customer interactions.
Create and execute impactful digital and social media campaigns, leveraging tools and analytics to optimize performance.
Design and manage video and TV advertising campaigns that highlight services, customer testimonials, and reinforce brand recognition.
Lead the creation of engaging content across multiple platforms, including blogs, press releases, and promotional materials.
Analyze marketing campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize effectiveness.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and other local engagements to build relationships and promote the brand.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a background in construction, home services, or B2C industries preferred.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media analytics platforms.
Expertise in content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing software, and graphic design applications.
Strong skills in strategic planning, campaign development, and budget management.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a marketing team, driving results while fostering a positive work environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver persuasive presentations.
Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
