Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate complex data and analytics initiatives across cross-functional teams. The TPM will be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and delivery of data-driven projects that support strategic business goals. This role requires a strong technical background and Customer Facing, excellent program management skills, and stay current with Data & Analytics arena.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program management for data and analytics initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Drive Transformation, modernization of data platforms, pipelines, and analytics solutions.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment with product roadmaps and organizational objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Communicate program status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are adhered as per industry standards and regulations.
• Partner with Development and Ops to optimize Time to Market and Efficiency across data and analytics capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management in data and analytics domains.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Snowflake, SQL, Python, Tableau.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, ETL processes, data warehousing, and analytics tools.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $78,000

Pay Range Maximum: $160,600

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
