RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Data Analyst to join our Azure Data Warehouse Product team working PST- CST Hours. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis, strong SQL skills, and a solid understanding of data warehousing and asset management. Familiarity with various data processing tools and systems is a plus.

Summary:
As a Technical Data Analyst, you will act as the bridge between our Architecture and Engineering teams and the Data Products. A strong background in data architecture and systems integration, along with a deep understanding of conceptual data models and workflow design, is crucial. Your expertise will ensure that data-driven solutions align with the firm's strategic goals and effectively address data challenges.

Key responsibilities include owning and maintaining the data dictionary and data model, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the overall data architecture of the platform. This role demands a strong grasp of data management principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
* Certification in data management or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CDMP)
* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data management, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within the asset management or financial services industry
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in data modeling tools, SQL, and data management software; Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and business intelligence tools is a plus
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
* Asset Management Expertise: In-depth knowledge of investment products and the asset management industry
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
* Preferred experience with the Azure platform or similar data management systems
* Knowledge of Design Thinking and Agile methodologies is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
