SAFe Scrum Master - Remote with Travel

3Core Systems is looking for SAFe Scrum Master for one of our clients in 90% remote will require quarterly travel for PI planning. Either Louisville, KY or Allentown, PA or Providence, RI

Role: Scrum Master

Location: 90% remote will require quarterly travel for PI planning. Either Louisville, KY or Allentown, PA or Providence, RI

Duration: 6+ Months

Skillset:

• Must have experience at enterprise companies
• Main area - having SAFE 6.0 hands on experience (NOT just knowledge - need hands on exp.)
• Experience specifically within HR, Finance or Corporate would be amazing but not necessary
• Experience moving from Waterfall to Agile. Finding people that have been in the early stages of this transformation is ideal as that is where client currently is
• What to understand how many teams they have been scrum master of ideally 2 or more. Want to know the team sizes
• Ask what challenges or obstacles they have faced in running these teams and Waterfall to Agile transformation
• Must have SAFe experience. SSM, SSASM or CSM certs are a plus
• Great comm skills

Here s a high level of what we need:

• Finance will need 4 Scrum Masters
• Human Resources Experience (HXM) 6 Scrum Masters
• Supply Chain: 3 Scrum Masters
• Corporate Systems:3 Scrum Masters (this isn t 100% confirmed yet)
