Job Title: Change Management Analyst

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Our retail client is a leading North American omnichannel retailer with multiple well-known brands

in the athletic and lifestyle space. They are undergoing a major Finance Transformation program to

implement a common finance system and standardized processes across all business entities.

The Change Management Analyst will support the Change and Communications Lead in planning,

delivering, and monitoring change management strategies that ensure successful adoption of new

systems and processes across the organization. This role will play a critical part in enabling

business readiness and minimizing resistance during the transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct change impact assessments to understand how process and system changes will affect various stakeholder groups.
  • Work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to support adoption of new ways of working.
  • Assist in developing and delivering clear, engaging communications tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Support the coordination of training sessions and learning resources in partnership with training leads.
  • Collaborate with Change Champions to gather feedback and monitor stakeholder readiness.
  • Track change adoption and resistance and help address concerns as needed.
  • Align change activities with program milestones and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Continuously improve change management tools and approaches based on feedback and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 7 years of hands-on experience in organizational change management, preferably in large-scale transformation or ERP implementation.
  • Solid understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven capability in supporting or developing training and communication plans.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative and proactive mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a Finance organization or supporting Finance transformation initiatives.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent).
  • Experience working across multiple departments or brands.
