Senior Systems Engineer

Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join their dynamic and growing team. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

1. Review, troubleshoot, assign end-user issues and requests, respond or resolve in a timely manner.

2. Track and follow-up on reported issues or requests and update the end-user.

3. Manage daily Faxcom system checks and review team documentation, notes, and learned processes to ensure health of Faxcom system.

4. Troubleshoot Faxcom errors and monitoring alerts.

5. Performs other duties as assigned.

6. Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field. Requires 4 - 6 years of related electronic faxing experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills:

One or more of the following skills are desired.

- Engineer-level administration experience with Faxcom

- Experience with Other: SQL Scripting, PowerShell, and telephony as it relates to the Faxcom application, network protocols

Soft Skills:

- Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in Faxcom and related processes

- Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

- Intermediate - Ability to work independently

- Intermediate - Demonstrates analytical skills

- Intermediate - Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure

- Intermediate - Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision-making skills

- Intermediate - Excel, ServiceNow

License/Certification:

ITIL preferred
