Location: Remote
Job Title: ServiceNow KB Strategist
Role Summary:
Primary focus: Build a ServiceNow Knowledge Base for the organization s institutional knowledge repository.
Will design structure, interview SMEs, and establish a knowledge management strategy for future use.
Deliverable: Well-organized, reusable, and searchable content library in ServiceNow.
Must identify future knowledge gaps using data analysis and proactively address them.
Will work closely with content maintenance team and may collaborate with enterprise content management strategists.
Required Experience:
ServiceNow Knowledge Base module must have prior hands-on experience building from scratch and structuring knowledge content.
Knowledge management principles and strategy expertise.
Strong communication skills comfortable engaging with leadership and SMEs.
Ability to design a sustainable KM framework that can scale.
Nice-to-Have:
Knowledge management certifications.
Experience in healthcare.
Marketing strategy/project management experience not necessary despite being in the JD; focus is strictly KM + ServiceNow KB.
Additional Notes:
Role is strategic, not just documentation requires higher-level thinking on KM processes.
Needs someone who has successfully repeated KM strategy work in more than one environment.
