Our client is the fastest growing business within the organization and instrumental to the company's strategic growth objectives. You will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within our client's largest accounts across the C-suite, spanning the intersection between complex Business and IT customer solutions, transformations that impact across the entire customer Eco-system.

As a Service Partner, you will have a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, leveraging our comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships, and leading your team to success.
Main responsibility is growing business with companies through Cloud Migration and Modernization -Azure, AWS
Candidate must be able to sell to new logos, expert in domain to create proposals / bids / rfp and solutions for customers, and oversee delivery of projects.

qualifications:
Key responsibilities and characteristics include:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
- Originate, sell, and sign new consulting and integration project deals, aligning with C-level client needs.
- Target annual new business signings ranging from $5 million to $20 million.
- Leverage and document existing strong C-Level and Executive-level relationships within a target industry.
- Solutioning & Expertise:
- Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in their designated domain.
- Develop compelling proposals and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Design and solution AI, Cloud, Business Transformation, Application, and Data Modernization consulting and integration projects.
- Delivery & Oversight:
- Partner effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the successful delivery of the projects they originate and sell.
skills: Key qualifications and requirements for candidates include:
- Documented Success: Ability to provide evidence of contributions to wins over the past five years, including details on contract value (Signings $M), annual revenue yield, and profitability (sold at margin).
- Deep Domain Knowledge: Expertise in one of the following areas:
- Business Transformation
- IT Transformation
- Cloud / Hyperscalers
- Application Modernization
- Data Modernization
- AI and Generative AI
- Proven Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success driving $5 million to $20 million in annual consulting sales, with the ability to provide examples of their consulting work and project responsibilities.
- Strong Executive Network: Possess strong, existing C-Level and Executive-level relationships within a target industry and be able to document the companies where these relationships exist.
