URGENT REQUIREMENT
Role : UX Designer
Location : Miami, FL
Duration : Long term W2 contract / Fulltime
A User Experience (UX) Designer researches user needs, designs wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborates with developers and product teams to deliver an intuitive and accessible user-centered experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback sessions to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and technical implementation
- Collaborate with UX front end developer on technical implementation
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team and organization
- Mentor and junior UX resources
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar software
- Understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing techniques
- Strong knowledge of interaction design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to think critically and solve design problems creatively
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences 5-7
