The PeopleSoft Technical Administrator will document and analyze the infrastructure and security of USHMM’s PeopleSoft 9.2 environment (PeopleTools 8.6, PUM 50). This role focuses on system configurations, environments, security, batch processes, and customizations, supporting a federal client’s dual FASAB/FASB needs. Collaborates with the team to deliver sprint-based outputs and a future-state roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Document PeopleTools configurations, batch job schedules, and error handling.
- Analyze configurations across Production, Development (e.g., FINDAILY, FINDEV), and QAS environments.
- Review 40 known customizations, assessing performance and stability impacts.
- Document security roles and permissions, ensuring NIST SP800-53r4 compliance.
- Validate Entry Events for journal processing.
- Identify infrastructure pain points (e.g., non-cash transactions) for root cause analysis.
- Deliver sprint-based documentation in iterative cycles with stakeholder reviews.
- Interview USHMM IT staff to clarify environment and security details.
- Ensure compliance with USHMM security/suitability requirements.
- Contribute to future-state roadmap, focusing on system performance and stabilization.
Qualifications:
- 6–7 years of PeopleSoft FSCM technical experience in PeopleTools administration and system management.
- Experience with multi-environment setups, customizations, and security in PeopleSoft 9.2 including (PeopleTools 8.6, PUM 50) .
- Knowledge of Oracle databases and federal ERP systems.
- Strong technical writing and organizational skills.
Location: Remote, with possible funded travel to DC offices during key milestones
Type: Full-time Remote
Period of Performance: 12 months (Jul 2025 - Jul 2026) with four additional option years
