PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our team in support of our customer in Dahlgren VA.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex problems and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and implement systems, evaluating workflow solutions.
- Support the full lifecycle of analysis.
- Develop system specifications and documentation.
- Provide project management support, including feasibility studies and resource allocation.
- Plan and coordinate activities of assigned personnel.
- Lead or supervise lower-level IT staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of proposals for improving KPIs.
- Conduct management studies of organizational components.
- Identify trends and recommend solutions for performance issues.
- Implement system security measures.
- Mitigate security deficiencies and recommend risk acceptance.
- Apply security policies to meet objectives.
- Document and update security operations and maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to implementation of business and technical requirements; analyzing; planning and development; application testing; and database management support.
- Qualified experience in Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and enterprise architecture tools such as IBM's System Architect.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in IT Discipline
