Position: Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Lead
Location: Remote
Hiring Type: Full time
We are seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Financials, Procurement, or Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, drive solution design, conduct complex workshops, and provide strategic consulting to help clients maximize the value of their Oracle Cloud investment.
This role requires strong functional leadership, cross-module knowledge, and hands-on configuration experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations across Financials, Procurement, or PPM workstreams.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
Conduct deep-dive workshops to gather, refine, and document business requirements with Finance stakeholders (Controllers, CFO Office, Procurement leads, Project Accounting leads).
Map complex business needs into scalable system solutions.
Create functional design documents (BRD/FDD) and perform hands-on configuration.
Configure and support modules including:
o Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA
o Procurement: Purchasing, SSP, Supplier Portal, Contracts (preferred)
o PPM: Project Costing, Billing, Grants, Capital Projects (preferred)
Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and enterprise financial controls.
Recommend best practices to streamline R2R, P2P, O2C, and PPM execution cycles.
Guide clients on chart of accounts design, period close activities, and control frameworks.
Work with technical teams to design & validate integrations with third-party systems (APIs/OIC).
Manage data migration templates (FBDI/ADFdi) and lead validation cycles.
Lead SIT, UAT, and regression cycles.
Support cut-over, go-live, and hyper-care.
Provide functional support and resolution for complex issues.
Work closely with finance leadership, PMO, IT, and business teams.
Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations.

Required Qualifications
12+ years overall experience in ERP/Finance domain
6 8+ years hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP experience
Strong implementation experience across Financials and at least one of the following:
o Procurement
o PPM
3+ full lifecycle Cloud ERP implementations (minimum)
Deep understanding of:
o Core financial processes & period close cycles
o Multi-currency, multi-entity accounting
o Chart of accounts, SLA, and financial controls
Proficiency with:
o FBDI / ADFdi
o Workflow & approval configurations
o OTBI / BI Publisher reporting
o SQL fundamentals for data validation and troubleshooting
