Job Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring optimal performance of systems and networks.
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to meet business needs and enhance efficiency.
- Oversee IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages.
- Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are properly maintained.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and fulfill IT requirements.
- Supervise and provide guidance to IT staff, fostering professional development.
- Monitor IT performance metrics and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
