Job Details
Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America, Data Scientist, New York, NY: Control end to end campaign experiment, from intent to measurement plan, KPI metric framework, experiment design, performance analysis to causal inference modeling interpretation. Perform complex data research and analysis to support business operations of marketing campaigns, digital and in person benefit events. Develop data mining and data analysis methodologies to create algorithms and predictive models and perform custom statistical reporting and analysis with data automation based on business need. Liaise directly with frontier stakeholders and partners in developing and implementing data mining protocols, architectures, and model as well as data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets. Evaluate the accuracy of statistical reporting, interpretation of data analyses to generate insights, and creation of data visualizations, used to better track the performance marketing KPIs, understand client relationships and improve client services and product offerings. Communicate insights from analyses to management and senior leadership team to enable data driven decision making and improve business performance and operational outcomes based on machine learning and statistical analysis results. Research existing and emerging data science principles, theories, and techniques to best inform business decisions. Review the data modeling, statistical reporting, and data analysis completed by lower-level data scientists, providing coaching and feedback as needed. Up to 5% domestic travel required.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Methods, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field of study and three years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Alternatviely, the company would accept a Master's degree in the accepted fields of study and one year of experience in an accepted occupation.
