Job Title: RPA Business Analyst in Retail/Manufacturing Domain
Location: Sunnyvale, California
Employment Type: It s a Long term contract Role
Travel: May require travel to Client/Project locations. We need local candidate from California. There communications should be really strong.
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-focused RPA Business Analyst to support enterprise-wide automation initiatives for a leading retail/manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, document business requirements, and support the delivery of intelligent automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate automation opportunities across retail and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct process discovery, feasibility analysis, and ROI assessments to prioritize automation use cases.
- Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDDs) and assist in Solution Design Documents (SDDs) with technical teams.
- Act as a liaison between business users and RPA developers to ensure accurate and complete requirement translation.
- Support change management, training, and adoption efforts for automation initiatives.
- Monitor automation performance against business KPIs and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to the development of automation roadmaps and reusable assets within the CoE.
- Explore integration of Agentic AI capabilities to enhance automation with intelligent decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in RPA-related roles.
- Strong understanding of RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Experience in documenting business processes and creating PDDs.
- Familiarity with retail/manufacturing operations and automation use cases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to hybrid automation environments and Agentic AI concepts.
- Experience working in a CoE or enterprise automation setup.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
- Strong presentation skills for client interactions and proposal support
