Main responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:
- Technical support to the PC users (Hardware and software)
- Installation, hardware / software configuration
- Corrective and preventive maintenance to computer equipment
- Monitoring of data network operation
- Inventory maintenance of computer equipment
- Train PC users as required
- Quick and effective problem solving in the operation
- Responsible for following the codes of conduct, regulations and policies of Medline
- Others responsibilities that could be assigned in the procedures of the quality system
- Participate in the 5s program
- Support and participate in Kaizen events
