Job Details- 5-10 years of Structural Engineering experience
- PE license preferred, a SE license would be ideal
- Strong proficiency in residential and commercial wood design and construction
- Experience with wood design, residential, & mixed use
- Post-Tensioned Concrete and podium design preferred
- The ability to perform structural calculations / detailing / construction support
dealing with structures designed with wood, concrete, masonry, and steel
- Experience preparing detailed structural reports and deliverables for client use and
permitting
- The ability to write clearly and concisely
- The ability to speak with clients and be understood, work independently, make site
visits to evaluate existing structures, be dependable, have a friendly attitude, and
follow through.
