Job Description:
Summary:
We would like someone who has performed an SAP BIBS upgrade and can speak to the volume of technical and functional work tasks and configuration steps needed to implement SAP BIBS on top of SAP S4.
For Senior BIBS Role:
- The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience with SAP BIB and 7-9 years with integrating and testing SF with HCM using BIBS.
Must Have:
- SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder) installation and configuration experience from startup to go live
- SuccessFactors (SF) & SAP HCM Integration
- ABAP programming
- Strong HCM functional awareness of HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Tax, and common HR configurations and functions
- Good communication skills to work with business functional users related to test cases and functionality. Able to translate knowledge of the BIBs and S4 upgrade into business team functional test case creators
- HR ABAP & CPI
Required Skills:
- SuccessFactors (SF) & SAP HCM Integration (BIB) expertise to handle the integration project.
- SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder)
- Expertise with bidirectional interface required: data replication from SF to HCM and data migration from HCM to SF
- Responsible for understanding the requirements from the business for BIB.
- Responsible for creating the mapping sheets and creating logics as required, along with the functional team.
- Good Knowledge and experience in BADI Mapping.
- Responsible for giving status reports to the business and keeping track of ongoing work related to BIB.
- Taking ownership of the entity's end-to-end technical delivery related to BIB.
- Working with the technical team of ABAP & HCM functional team for end-to-end delivery.
- Expertise in HR ABAP & CPI is a must.
- Functional EC understanding to support the local team in guiding and configuring prerequisites.
